To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Trucking Department Administrator to work out of our Yorkton, SK location. In this role you would be working with the Trucking Manager and Trucking Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Pattison Ag Trucking department.  

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
-Process all Trucking Dept permit needs, including weight & over dimensional, working with SK, MB & AB permit offices
-Complete invoicing, issue POs for Trucking Dept, all locations/depts
-Maintain records/assist in booking for all unit maintenance, inspections, and repairs
-Maintain performance tracking of drivers: hauls/day, KM/day, fuel used, perform driver time maintenance duties in payroll as directed
-Assist in scheduling all location pick up/delivery trucking needs: outside carriers, hauling, pulling, and piloting
-Ensure inventory tracking is completed on all deliveries
-Monitor/report on Safe Driving, vehicle maintenance and driver hours of service
-Provide other administrative duties as required


Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
-A minimum Grade 12 education
-Previous admin experience in agriculture and/or trucking is an asset
-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent computer skills including MS Office
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work under pressure
-Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
-Valid drivers license
