Chip and Dale Homes Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization providing residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities.  This position is a mix of daytime and evening hours with the expectation to work 2 weekends a month. This is a fulltime position of 40 hours per week.  
  
Chip and Dale Homes Inc. Is opening a new home and is looking for an individual to join our team who sees each person as equal and treats others with respect and dignity.  This person must like to engage with others and provide meaningful experiences.  The ideal candidate will like to share their own interests, hobbies and talents with others.
  
It is essential that applicants are familiar with the philosophies of Supported Decision Making and Person-Centered Planning.

The successful candidate must be comfortable providing personal care to individuals with complex medical needs, completing household duties, and will have a Driver's Licence.  
Additionally the ideal candidate will have superior supervision skills and be able to lead a Team of Support Workers.  This person will also have computer skills to do online documentation and bookkeeping.

Extensive training is offered. A valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector search less than 3 months will be accepted.
