Description

URSU is looking for a Hospitality and Events Manager to support the planning, organizing and the planning, design, production, promotion, overall co-ordination and profitability of University of Regina Students Union (URSU) events that are specifically mandated to be done. The Hospitality and Events Manager will also assist with other initiatives as required.



This individual will organize some URSU internal and external events and campaigns, from sourcing venues to liaising with entertainers, speakers and exhibitors, and overseeing URSU events on site. Other duties include, but are not limited to reviewing and arranging proper accommodation, transportation, catering, signage, promotional materials, procurement and security.
