Position: Detail Team Lead
Wage: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9:30AM-6:30PM
As the successful candidate, the Team Lead, will spend their day cleaning and quality checking vehicles, leading team members to ensure work orders are being completed to specifications and on time, while assisting in maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for all.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
    Assist in training, motivation and mentoring of team members; consistently living the vision and values of BDF with enthusiasm, honestly, respect, passion.
    Maintain quality control to both individual and team standards
    Organize workflows which includes, meeting promised times and delegating work to appropriate individuals.
    Adhering to policies and procedures.
    Assist in keeping the shop clean
    Hold safety meetings with team twice a month.
    Washing, vacuuming, wiping, and polishing vehicle interiors & exteriors
    Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other shop equipment
    Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
    Energy, passion, and professionalism for exceptional internal and external customer service
    Prior detailing experience considered an asset
    Detail orientated and results focused personality
    Take initiative and works well with minimal supervision and has the ability to handle minor internal and external customer concerns
    Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
    Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
    Valid drivers license
    Availability to work Saturdays
