Description

The clinic can be extremely busy at times, requiring efficient skills in multi-tasking and prioritizing.

The ideal candidate should have the following:
MUST have open availability during daytime and evening hours as needed
Adequate PC and Windows OS knowledge and skills
Adequate typing skills
Ideally some experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR), specifically the MedAccess program
Ideally some experience working in a medical office
Ability to remain calm and patient when answering phone calls
Able to manage and prioritize tasks when its busy
Able to organize and multi-task

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
    Calling and answering phone calls
    Data entry into EMR software
    Booking/rebooking appointments
    Processing faxes
    Scanning and sorting documents
    Various other duties of the clinics operations

Starts with part-time with future full-time potential.
