Job Description: The Public Health Nurse (PHN) provides services to the community, groups, families, and individuals. These services include components of health promotion, disease and injury prevention, health education, community development and facilitation of client services.  This position will provide Home Care Nursing (HCN) services, to home care clients, as required. The nurse provides home based health services that enable the client to remain in their home.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support and Level C
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Experience
- One year's public health nursing experience is preferred
