Description

We are looking for great and experienced Business Services Officer for Brioche Doree, Skyway Grill & Bar, and Tim Hortons.

1. Job Description
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

2. Requirements
Completion of Secondary School
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and attention to detail

3. Job Details
Location: YQR - Regina International Airport (2316- 5201 REGINA AVENUE, REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN)
Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Wage: $26.54 per hour
