As the Automotive Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our service department while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Lead, train, and mentor service technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Develop and enforce service department policies and procedures to maximize productivity and maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor service schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Liaison between the Dealership and OEM.

Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions using our computerized systems.

Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and sales, to facilitate effective communication and streamline processes.

Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures, ensuring adequate stock levels of parts and supplies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in automotive service management.
