**This position is based out of the Rocky Rentals store in Swift Current, NOT at the main RME dealership**


JOB TITLE: Shop Foreman

POSITION TYPE: Permanent - Full Time

LOCATION: Swift Current, Rocky Rentals

REPORTING TO: Branch Manager


Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Supervision of shop personnel, and assign Technicians to the appropriate job duties

- Monitor shop supplies for waste, and purchase consumables

- Monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion

- Ensure quality control, check equipment history, assist, and advise Technicians

- Repair and maintain equipment, and other duties as required

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture



Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:

- Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician Certification, or equivalent

- 3-5 years experience

- Experience in a supervisory role is an asset

- Ability to work as a team and problem-solve

- Leadership, teaching, and time management skills

- Valid class 5 drivers license
