The Lloydminster Housing Authority (LHA) is currently hiring for a full time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. If you are ambitious and skilled in building and property maintenance, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do:
- building maintenance - service and repair
- vacancy preparation
- grounds maintenance
- maintenance of housing authority equipment and inventory

What we're looking for:
- experience repairing building mechanical equipment; custodial and maintenance work
- knowledge in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, heating, mechanical, painting, electrical, and grounds keeping work
- ability to promote and participate in positive working relationships with management, staff, and tenants
- ability to lift heavy loads
- basic computer skills

What you'll need:
- minimum Grade 12 education
- training in a technical or building trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a maintenance and repair environment OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- a valid driver's license and a suitable, roadworthy vehicle
- an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of hire
