Be a part of a new program, a first for Saskatchewan! The Transitional Support Manager will lead a team in a new transitional home, supporting people transitioning back into community from hospital and justice system. Familiarity with trauma informed support, mental health complexity and person directed supports all assets.  Excellent pay and benefits, 40 hours weekly. Requirements: Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License and access to reliable transportation.Experience: Four years in developmental services or another human services field, minimum of 18 months of supervisory experience, knowledge and experience relating to clinical behavior supports is an asset.
