Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team at Ringers Original Pizza. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our cooks in food preparation, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and supporting other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist cooks in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and other ingredients
- Perform basic cooking tasks, such as preparing simple dishes and operating kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Remove trash and dispose of garbage in designated areas
- Assist in the organization and storage of food, supplies, and equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Support other kitchen staff as needed to maintain an efficient and productive work environment

Requirements:

- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Previous experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar role is an asset, but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
