Duties Include:
-Develop marketing strategies and put them into
effect
-Manage and supervise the staff and assign daily
duties
-Plan and maintain budgets
-Organize and authorize payments
-Maintain positions based on shortages and aid in
hiring staff
-Provide customer service and resolve complaints
-Determine which items need to be sold and
implement prices and policies for those items
-Study market research and consider trends in
order to predict potential sales volumes
-Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations within
the staff and store
-Maintain/count inventory and keep stock supplies
