This crucial role requires a passion for the automotive industry while offering a high quality of knowledge and technical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
-Adjust, repair or replace parts and components including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems among others.
-Diesel and performance knowledge a great asset
-Keep bay and working space clean and tidy
-Speak to customers about their repairs if required
-Report to your manager when needed

Qualifications
-Experience as an Automotive Service Technician, will consider a third/fourth year apprentice
-Must hold a valid drivers license
-Must have your own tools

Additional Skills
-Complete reports to record problems and work performed
-Coach and instruct apprentices
-Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
-Estimate parts and labour costs
