Description

To provide RN services to patients in our primary health care setting.

15 hours per week guaranteed. Hours of work will include daytime, Saturdays and evenings, as scheduled. All sites. 0.4 FTE job share, temporary term to April 2024.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.

Currently registered with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.

CPR BLS for Health Care Provider.

Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and commitment to continuing professional development.

Clinic experience is an asset.

Embraces the principles of Primary Health Care and able to lead by example.

Ability to work co-operatively and communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy and policies of CHSA.

Must be bondable.
