Description

The Citizen Centric Program Delivery Branch of the Ministry of of SaskBuilds and Procurement requires an individual that is motivated and results oriented for a Senior Programmer Analyst position.

The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible to support and maintain application systems, using technologies such as but not limited to Microsoft O365, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, M365 Power Suite including Power Apps and Power Automate, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, DevOps/Git, ShareGate. Please indicate your experience in all known technologies when applying.

In addition, the Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for defining, evolving and enforcing software development standards.
Our candidate of choice will possess a strong background in programming, researching, developing and implementing solutions for Enterprise SharePoint Online and Enterprise SharePoint 2013 applications or web-based computer systems, including knowledge of various programming concepts and languages. Proven communication and problem-solving skills are required.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of programming concepts, techniques and languages; programming technologies including writing or executing scripts; and system analysis techniques, facilitation methods, and modeling tools, including SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, supplemented with experience working in an application development environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
