Job Description: The ER nurse is responsible for the coordination and provision of direct client care activities including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients in the Emergency Dept/Ambulatory Care and Surgical Serivces which include the Operating Room/ PAC/ PACU and Endoscopy. Job description available upon request.
Required Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Perioperative Nursing/Registered Nurses - Advanced Certificate or equivalent
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Recent ER experience is preferred.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC and/or VSC during the recruitment and selection process.
