What youll do:
You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gas bar, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with fueling, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials according to safety regulations.
Train, supervise, and schedule gas bar attendants, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized gas bar area, including fuel pumps, restrooms, and surrounding grounds.
Participates in program implementation.
