We have 2 divisions, custom metal fabrication and commercial glazing, so our shop is extremely busy. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, exceptional organization ability and have the ability to multi-task.
Duties include;
Greeting and Directing Customers
Answering and Directing Phone Calls
Customer Ordering and Pick-Ups
Processing and Distributing Mail
Filing
Data Entry
Maintaining and Ordering Office and Safety Supplies
General Office Duties
