Potzus Ltd. is one of Saskatchewan's largest heavy construction companies. Established in 1966, we are a second generation family owned and operated business. We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include; excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.

We are currently looking for HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS the current 2023 construction season. Scraper, dozer, excavator, grader, loader, rock truck, packer, skid steer and tractor operators needed.

Candidates need to be familiar with base operations, and compaction, as well as have experience in road construction.  2 years of experience on equipment referenced, a proven safety history, and a good work ethic required . Candidate could also need to perform labour tasks as required will culvert installations and other labour tasks. Any experience with aggregate crushing equipment is an asset.

Job Details:

-Work outdoors on a base crew operating.
- ability to operate several pieces of heavy equipment.
-5 days a week a typical schedule, weather dependent.

What you need:

-Able to work outdoors.
-Past experience on a road-building crew.
-Responsibility for yourself and others in a safety-conscious environment.
-Must be physically fit, be on your feet for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs.
