POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Saweyihtotan Program Coordinator, this position will work alongside other Saweyihtotan team members, including the Transitional Navigator and Team Leads. The role will provide referrals, advocacy, and support services to community members in all matters relating to emergency-based housing, physical and mental health, addictions, advocacy, justice, income support and employment. Saweyihtotan program works collaboratively with community partners and other STC programs and initiatives to deliver direct supports to participants with complex and multiple needs.
