Description

Experience Required:
-knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office
-basic knowledge of personal income tax would be an asset
-Employer will provide  further training
-Must be able to maintain confidentiality
-Must have good customer service skills
-Business experience with an accounting background is considered an asset

Duties:
-accounting data entry, preparing tax returns
-some receptionist duties, answering phone, assisting clients
-Time management & task prioritization  ability to manage multiple deadlines, determine priority and get tasks completed.
