POSITION: Painters (entry-level)
STARTING: $18-$24
We are looking for hard-working, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our summer painting team. If you are eager to learn and earn for what you worth, then you would make a great addition to our team.
Compensation:
Based on a piece-rate compensation system. Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on commendable work and skill after start date. Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $20-24 /hour, with our average painter making $21/hour. A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $8,000 to $12,000 working from early May to late August.
About the Positions:
Our team will be ultimately painting a variety of houses in the Lloydminster and Vermilion area this spring and summer. This job is great for friend groups, and we strongly encourage friends to apply together!
PAINTER: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer.
CREW CHIEF: In addition to painting, in this role you would gain experience in leadership and would run a crew. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you may be a good fit.
This role involves:
a fast paced, fun environment
working outdoors in a crew of 2-3 painters
gaining experience in customer service and communication
training is provided, so no experience is necessary (but always an asset)

Requirements:
Able to work full-time throughout the majority of summer
Reliable transportation (job site locations change frequently)
