Description

Seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, strategic thinking Information Technology professional and leader to join our team as a Manager, Digital Solutions. While overseeing all IT functions the successful candidate will lead a team of IT professionals and strategic technology partners to manage the organization's IT operations, cyber security, implement and develop new business systems solutions and software, and develop and implement contemporary IT policies.

The successful candidate embraces digital transformation and sees the possibilities that technology brings to enhance member experience.  This person will be forward-thinking, with a solid technical background, a lifelong learner, and a keen interest in motivating team members to grow their knowledge and inspire them to excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Manage the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions that support our strategic direction.
-Provide innovative solutions focusing on member experience, delivering value to the membership and organization, and enabling a truly digital-first approach.
-Design and maintain a framework that supports strong cyber-security practices and guides all information system integration and development.
-As a member of the management team develop policies, guidelines, standards, and strategies to help achieve objectives.
-Establish and develop strong relationships with managers, directors, and strategic partners, leading to a deep understanding of organizational and stakeholder needs, and the context of the our strategic plans, initiatives, and goals.
-Lead and coach all IT employees and provide technical mentorship to all employees across the organization to further support our digital evolution.
