Managing the restaurant and employees under your shift with dignity and integrity.
Count weekly inventory and responsible for ordering and receiving of food inventory; send weekly sales and food inventory report to franchisee head quarter.
Understanding the nature of customer flow and having adequate employees.
Understand the business and work flow as well, managing prep with adequate workforce.
Increase business by special catering order promotion and preparation, handing and delivery of catering order in timely manner
Daily inspection of restaurant to make sure that all employee follows food hygiene procedure to prevent food contamination and meet the requirement of Saskatchewan health authority.
Regular maintenance and sanitization of restaurant equipment as a preventive measurement. Recruit, train and placement scheduling of new employee base of capability of employee.
