Lead a proven sales team:
Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations, youll direct local lending, develop sales and marketing strategies, and manage the districts substantial loan portfolio. Youll lead and coach a successful sales team, authorize large credit proposals and nurture industry relationships.
What youll do:
- Mentor the district team on our relationship management process, customer experience standards and culture
- Manage the district including its operation and business results
- Build relationships with external partners such as industry associations, other corporate representatives, accountants and realtors
- Ensure district activities and goals are in line with corporate objectives and policy
What were looking for:
- A confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A leader who builds relationships, embraces change and focuses on efficiency
- Extensive knowledge of agriculture and credit adjudication
- A multi-tasker who can manage other revenue areas including insurance and software sales
What youll need:
- A degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least seven years of related leadership and lending experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); a professional agrologist designation is an asset
- A drive to help others achieve their goals
- Excellent coaching skills
