Salary or Pay Band: $29.584 to $36.176 (5 step range)
Job Summary:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the incumbent is responsible for the day to day patient service delivery (development, implementation,
delivery and assisting with evaluation) of Addiction Services.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Chemical Dependency diploma
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Addictions specific Twelve Core Functions
Knowledge of the development model of recovery (SMRS)
Strong knowledge of the Motivational Assessment Process and the Policies and Procedures established by Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Other Information
Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
