Description

The DEI Training Coordinator will run a new program called Advancing DEI in SK which will deliver individualized specific training to address negative behaviors that directly contribute to racism and discrimination that has increased recently due to the pandemic.

This position works a part of the Culture Team and will develop up-to-date curriculum that will increase the capacity of staff, board volunteers, and partners to champion diversity, equity and inclusion.

This position will offer DEI training throughout Saskatchewan once a month to the general public and secure and provide more in-depth training to at least six partner organizations.
