Bridges Health is one of the nations leading workplace mental health companies delivering programs, facilitating Mental Health First Aid, Psychological Health & Safety Surveys & strategy development as well as over 13 proprietary mental health in the workplace training sessions.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced and collaborative individual to maintain and expand these services to employers.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who has a passion for mental health and working with people.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
Programs Overview: maintain a pulse on the mental health programs and services offered by Bridges Health, identifying updates or new courses as required.
Facilitator/Instructor retention and recruitment: maintain positive relationships with existing facilitators with regards to scheduling, compensation, program delivery, etc. as well as identify the need for additional facilitators as service offerings/demand expands.
Ensure contracts, schedules and service agreements are executed and fulfilled by the departmental assistant & provide leadership overview to that position.
Maintain contact with customers and ensure continued programs and services are offered inside their organizations
Identify and collaborate with new workplaces to offer workplace psychological health and safety initiatives
Develop & maintain departmental budget
Work collaboratively as a team member with the other departments of Bridges Health
Education Requirements
Degree in Health Services Administration, Project Management, Business Administration or relevant health care discipline is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years recent, related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups.
