Redhead Equipment has an opportunity for a Credit Manager at our Regina branch.This full time position will work within the credit team.  

Responsibilities will include;
Manage a large portfolio of accounts and develop strategies to collect outstanding debt
Maintain accurate records of customer information and collection status
Analyze credit risk, recommend credit limit adjustments, and make recommendation for further recovery action.
Collaborate with parts, service and sales teams to resolve customer payment issues.
Discuss payment plans and help resolve issues with customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
Strong knowledge of Agriculture, construction and trucking industry
Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, Ag business or a related field
Minimum 3yrs experience
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in collections would be an asset
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of accounts
