Description

Monitor and or administer medication; report any changes to medications, medical status of participant as per policy and procedure
Complete accurate daily documentation ie: log notes, incident reports, medical reports, communication notes, etc.
To ensure excellent quality of care in access to services such as health care, dental and medical care according to RCI policy and procedures.
Help individuals with tasks like cooking, cleaning, showering, toileting, shopping, and managing money.
To plan, assist and prepare nutritional and special dietary menus which meet the requirements of the participants and in accordance to the Canada Food Guide.
To monitor the physical and psychological well being of the participants and report any issues and or concerns to senior management
Other tasks and or duties as assigned by the Team Leader, or Senior Management
Work in a team environment using strong time management, interpersonal skills and organization abilities
Be self motivated and proactive
