MGBHLM First Nation is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide confidential and professional administrative support services to the Chief and Council and Director of Administration and Operations.
The Executive Assistant(EA) will work on behalf of the MGBHLM First Nation community and in co-operation with the Director of Administration and Operations. It is the expectation that the Executive Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support services in accordance with the mission, values, philosophy, policies and procedures of MGBHLM First Nations.
This role will be required to interface and liaise with representatives from MGBHLM First Nation, various service companies, organizations and agencies and will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administrative activities related to Chief and Council matters, Directors and Management.
