As the Senior Account Manager, you will:
Account Management: Build and maintain you own personal book of business and strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers. Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their business needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Growth: Be focused on building your book of business beyond the sales targets to grow new accounts and attain all revenue objectives through them and existing customers.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, industry trends, and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and proposing solutions to meet their needs.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of the product or resolution of customer inquiries and successful implementation of solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
As the Senior Account Manager, you will bring:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct Business to Business (B2B) sales or account management, preferably in a variety of business sectors. A proven track record of managing key accounts with strong drive to achieve and beat sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local business community and familiarity with its challenges, and the competitive landscape for core industries. Ability to quickly grasp industry specific opportunities and effectively communicate product solutions to clients.
Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
