Maintain office record keeping
Conduct payment processing and deposits, prepare, key in and edit correspondence, invoices
Perform filing and organizing, prepare monthly statistics for marketing support research
Distribute incoming product orders and other materials to service department
Handle day to day office tasks both in person and over the phone
Distributing tasks and work orders to technicians
May be required to process and submit warranty claims for payment
Order office and service department supplies by the employers order
Schedule record and prepare minutes of meetings for employer and technicians
Determine and establish office procedures
Other duties as assigned
This is an at office full time position. Remote work requests will not be accepted. Applicants must be ready and expected to be at work for a standard work day 5 days a week.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
All interviews will be conducted over zoom during the days of June 19th to 22nd. Only candidates who give dates and times for interviews and have the experience on their resumes will be considered.
