-Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
-Supervise and provide guidance to the sales of South Hill Liquor Store, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet sales objectives.
-Establish clear and measurable sales targets and monitor progress regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
-Foster strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and excellent customer service.
-Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the food and liquor industries, and utilize this knowledge to make informed business decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
-Analyze sales data, identify patterns, and generate reports to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
-Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and clients to negotiate favorable contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability and maintaining strong partnerships.
-Prepare and manage sales budgets, track expenditures, and forecast sales revenues, ensuring financial targets are met.
-Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall corporate objectives, share information, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
