Description

Host Family Coordinator
Working 24 hours a week, with 1 evening shift per week.

The Host Family Coordinator is responsible to promote, recruit, coordinate, monitor and maintain Host Family residential and respite services within their designated geographical or case management assignment. The Host Family Coordinator is responsible to recruit and retain Home Provider family locations. The Host Family Coordinator is responsible to facilitate and support matches between Homesharers (adults) and approved Home Provider families.

Requirements:
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred:
Three years (two and a half years prior and six months on the job)
Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related field
