Express Employment Regina is currently seeking Office Administration candidates for multiple positions with various clients of ours. As we are a staffing agency we are filling full time permanent roles as well as part time and temporary positions. The ideal candidate would possess office administration and reception experience as well as a high level of customer service skills.
Job Duties:
Supporting management with vendor selection, pricing, and delivery of branch services such as office supplies, cleaning, and coffee service. And/or assist the local Office Coordinator with these duties.
Acting as liaison to corporate office for accounts payable, human resources, Workers' Compensation and billing issues.
Local bank depositing and mailing.
Assisting and managing requests from sales and operations for customer orders and purchase orders when research is needed and general system maintenance.
Run various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Provides support, direction and back up for all invoicing, transfer processing, Branch AP functions and ERP system maintenance.
Review of Bill of Ladings to ensure freight charges to the branch are valid and applied to the applicable party (Ie. Customer vs. Branch).
Uploading/Scanning of all inbound vendor documentation and pre-receivers as back up for purchased goods.
