A Journeyperson ticket in plumbing and/or HVAC

Read and interpret blueprints
Ability to plan, organize and manage activities
Ability to forecast and prepare scope of work and identify material requirements in advance
Ability to accurately estimate time requirements and adhere to the estimate
Ability to produce quality work effectively and efficiently
Required Knowledge:
- Knowledge and understanding of job phases, codes, and provincial requirements- Knowledgeable of best methods, techniques, and skills, keeping current of new developments and trends in the industry- Fluent in drainage (PVC, ABS), domestic water lines (copper, Wirsbo), black ironwork, fixtures, mechanical room piping, and other mechanical equipment

- CSTS (Construction Safety Training Systems)
- First Aid
- Fall Protection
- Work Platform Training
- General Gas Ticket
- Backflow Ticket
Pay depending on experience with performance incentives and bonuses
