Data-Entry/Admin Support
Full Time Term Position:
The successful candidate will demonstrate ability and experience in the areas of word processing, database management, written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and problem solving skills.
Salary and benefits will be negotiated upon experience.
Preference will be given to candidates of Aboriginal ancestry.

Essential Skills include:
- Data Entry: responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database and ensuring all necessary data is being entered and maintained.
-Communicate with various agencies to ensure information and required data is received in a timely manner.
- Prepare written records and forms.
- Transfer data and file information between agencies when needed
- Develop & Produce Reports weekly, monthly, yearly
- Organized, efficient and able to multi-task
- Oral and written communication
- Filing both electronic and paper
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- General knowledge of office equipment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Spree sheet, and Outlook
- General duties pertaining to database maintenance
- General Administrative Duties: answering phones, taking messages, preparing office documents, answering clients questions, running inquires, and various duties as assigned by ED.
