Saskatoon Private Investigations/ SPI SECURITY is seeking reliable and experienced Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and customers. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with shift work up to 12hrs, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol the assigned premises to prevent and detect unauthorized activity.
Enforce safety and security procedures to protect personnel and property.
Respond promptly and professionally to all security incidents and emergencies.
Operate surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
Maintain accurate records and prepare incident reports as required.
Work closely with other members of the security team to ensure seamless communication and efficient security operations.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients, visitors, and employees.

Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation an asset.
Criminal record check clearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Serve-It-Right SK and 40hr Security Course required within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in security or law enforcement, completion of a recognized security training program, an asset.
Ability to operate security equipment, such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
