Our team has an opening for a Client Services Associate. In this key role, you will be part of a team and an integral part of our training and services group. As a self-motivated employee, you will be engaged in a fast-paced high-energy environment providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
You will be required to:
- Handle client inquiries from in our office, on our website or by telephone.
- Work with clients, instructors, facilities, and equipment to schedule resources for upcoming programs.
- Assist clients by scheduling them into programs or scheduling programs for groups.
- Maintain excellent relationships with our clients, provide quotes, complete follow-up calls, and receive payments.
- Process packages, scan records, and organize supplies related to the assigned programs.
- Perform opening and closing duties

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to the position. Client Services Associates must communicate professionally via email, telephone, and website agent. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.  The successful candidate with be required to provide a criminal record check.

This is a 40 hours per week, full time, permanent position with starting salary of $42,000/year ($20.19/hr) and competitive benefits.
