As the Box Office Lead, you will report directly to the Theatre Services Manager and play a vital role in representing our Centre as a customer service representative lead. Your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly, efficient, and expedient ticket sales services, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons. You will also have the exciting opportunity to assist with ticket set-ups and sales coordination.
Job Knowledge:
To excel in this position, you should have a strong working knowledge of complex procedures, including show setups, pricing structures, and Centre policies. Your expertise in utilizing advanced computer features and troubleshooting technical issues will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations. As a natural leader, you will guide and train subordinate staff members, ensuring that the Box Office team operates at optimal efficiency.
Communication Skills:
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will shine as you interact with Centre clients, patrons, and internal stakeholders. Tact and diplomacy will be crucial when resolving any challenging situations that may arise. As the Lead, you will also observe and mentor Box Office staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Problem Solving:
This role demands problem-solving abilities and mental agility. You will need to identify key issues within the Box Office and leverage available resources to find effective solutions.
