1)Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate taxis
2)Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
3)Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitor expenditures
4)Monitoring the driver and dispatchers work schedule.
5)Submit the drivers progress reports and resolve other work-related problems.
