Job Location: Office Coordinator
Job Summary: An office coordinator position responsible for coordinating office activities including providing administrative support, leadership, clerical assistance, maintaining confidentiality and other duties as assigned by the principal in the operation of an elementary school.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate/diploma from a recognized training program
- Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education
- A minimum of two years related experience
- Good working knowledge of word processing, Edsby Software and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Superior organizational skills
Terms of Employment:
- As per Collective Agreement
- 7.0 hours/day
- 10 month (210 days)
- To begin August 21, 2023
- Salary range $23.54 to $27.82 per hour
