Greet customers to create the best positive enjoyable shopping experience for them
Ask for the customer ID as per SOP
Manage cash floats-both at the beginning & end of the shift
Manage G's Cannabis POS System login-ID & adhere to company policies and standards
Help in recommended use of Cannabis & its accessories to the customers so that they attain best shopping experience by creating education and awareness of Cannabis & its derivatives, products & their use information readily available-Training will be given.
Upsell products by suggesting various product options to give customers best value of their spending
Help manager in open and close at the opening and closing of the shift by following G'S Cannabis SOPs.
Report any incident to the manager-THEFT, SUSPICION & ABUSE to the manager/store manager.
Organize the Products and Shelves-to keep them locked and safe while opening and closing.
Vault, dresser organize and Inventory management.
Prepare online orders, Curb-side pickups and deliveries.
Keep the customers informed about deals, new arrivals & in store events.
Add customers to our loyalty program for discounts & deals.
General Housekeeping duties-Mop, Sweep Retail Areas, Clean & Sanitize Display Counters & Cabinets,Washroom etc.

Satisfactory criminal record check;
Receipt of satisfactory references;
Proof of work eligibility; and
CannaSell SK Certification( *can be obtained before joining*) & at least 1 Year Retail sales experience.
