G's Cannabis Corp is aggressively looking for store supervisor who will be responsible for all daily Sales & operations of Cannabis Retail store include but not limited to -
Drive sales
A leader in best customer experience
Manage, supervise & direct the daily Sales & Operations of the retail store in accordance with federal and provincial norms.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the retail store as well as industry-wide product knowledge; provide education to retail store associates about recreational cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms.
Perform Inventory Audits every day
To handle the company emails, Rep meet ups.
Product & POS Training
Virtual merchandise management
Help manager with creating compliance reports
Oversee all aspects of receipt, storage, packaging, labeling, handling, tracking and dispensing of products containing cannabis in accordance with provincial and federal rules and regulations
Maintain a professional public relations image that communicates the mission for the company to the public and the cannabis industry as a whole
Responsible for communicating any regulatory and/or business needs to company leadership
Direct hiring, scheduling, development, performance reviews, discipline, promotion, or termination activities of the retail store team
Other duties as assigned by your Manager/Store Owner.
Required:
5 + Years of retail management experience
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must have a bachelors degree in Business or related field or commensurate experience, preferably in the retail industry
Must have a valid CannaSell License
