Description

Supervise the store staff
    Prepare work schedules and allocate duties to the store staff
    Train store staff in their duties and report on their performance
    Authorise payments for store merchandise
    Resolve day to day issues like customer complaints, requests and supply shortages
    Process and authorise return requests
    Order items and ensure maintenance of inventory
    Ensure the general cleanliness and aesthetics of the store
    Perform duties of stocking and operating the till, in case required
    Open and Close the store when required.
