Description

Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and point of sale cashiers
Assign duties to the sales staff, maintain scheduling, ensure store is operating during retail hours
Authorize payments via cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell, service, and promote wireless products to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order hardware and merchandising gear
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Arrange for the training of new sales staff.
