B&H Canvas is looking a full-time Retail sale Supervisor (NOC 62010) in our Saskatoon location.
The duties and responsibilities as Retail sale Supervisor will be included but not limited to:
Supervising Sales Team: Overseeing the activities of the sales team and ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Training and Development: Training new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service standards, and store policies. Providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Sales Management: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase sales and achieve targets. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective sales techniques.
Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling escalations. Providing a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty.
Inventory Management: Collaborating with the store manager to maintain accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, and coordinating restocking activities. Conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with visual merchandising.
Store Operations: Assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash management, and handling cash register operations. Ensuring adherence to store policies, procedures, and security measures.
