SRS Property Mgmt Corp, a fast-paced growing commercial property management company in Saskatchewan, located at 1840 McIntyre Street, Unit 100, Regina, SK, S4P2P9 Canada, is seeking an experienced Cleaner( Day cleaner) on a full time, permanent basis to join our dynamic team in the town of North Battleford. The Property Management Industry has been booming for the past few years and due to COVID-19, the demand for our services has significantly increased, and we are in need to find the next perfect fit for our growing team.

Duties: (Include but not limited to;)
Empty and cleans the outside of waste baskets
Dust all office furniture  
Sweep offices, classrooms, labs,
showrooms, restaurant floors, etc.  
Clean whiteboards
Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches, doors, and windowsills
Clean and polish chrome and other polished metal surfaces
Clean partition glass under 8
Dust baseboards and low air vents up to 8
Vacuum cloth furniture as per an agreement
Replenish dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue, and sanitary napkins.  
Polish wooden furniture at established frequencies, and dust or wipe offices as requested.
Wash metal and painted surfaces of filing cabinets at established frequencies or as required basis  
Disinfect telephones at established frequencies  
Attend all required health & safety training
Comply with H&S regulations and company policies
Use all required PPE indicated
Reports any unsafe conditions, hazards, and all workplace injuries
All other duties as requested by the supervisor

Education & Experience:     
Grade 12 or higher  
A minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in commercial cleaning setup is a plus.
A candidate with a WHMIS certificate is an ideal
Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques
Able to lift up to 10 pounds for a short period of time
  
Days and Hours of work:   Monday to Friday  6 am to 2:00 pm
